Mike Cwynar

Mike Cwynar is Enlyte’s senior vice president, product management, where he leads the software engineering, QA, product support, customer service and IT operations teams that build, deliver and support the company’s workers’ compensation and auto casualty divisions. 

Cwynar plays a major role in developing Enlyte’s state-of-the art software programs for major payers in the P&C industries. Integrating descriptive and diagnostic analytics, he develops programs that help forecast the direction of a claim to anticipate what is likely to happen as it develops over time. This includes machine learning and artificial intelligence systems designed to increase efficiency, improve outcomes and detect fraud. 

With nearly 25 years of product and engineering experience focused on P&C, Cwynar holds an MBA from the University of Redlands, California.
